Quality arises when one dedicates one’s expertise fully to serving the interests of one’s clients.This includes constantly measuring oneself against the highest international standards, pursuing further education, and critically examining one’s own practices.

Experience, particularly in an international context (Europe and the USA) across diverse industries, is just as crucial when working with CEOs as it is for accurately assessing executives. My approach is guided by the highest professional and ethical principles.

In the business world, every task is interconnected. Executive searches and leadership assessments are often part of transformation processes. As your consultant, I will assist you with interconnected tasks and consider various cause-and-effect relationships.

I provide you with a structured roadmap: from situation analysis and project development to managing the decision-making process and communications with all stakeholders. I remain by your side until the results are evaluated.

With over 28 years of experience in Executive Search, Leadership Assessment & Development, Board & CEO Advisory, I bring deep expertise in leadership in national and international contexts. I spent 20 years in various leadership roles at two of the world’s leading Executive Search & Leadership Advisory firms.

My focus is on mandates from owners, supervisory boards, executive boards, and managing directors. Till today, I have conducted more than 450 senior executive searches and over 1,400 executive assessments.

Assignments covering supervisory board, executive board, management, and first reporting line (“Board-1” level) across industries: Pharma & Biotechnology, Industrials, FMCG, Advanced Technology &Telecommunication, Banking and Insurance. The vast majority of my projects are global or have a European focus.

& Leadership Roles

Between my roles at Korn Ferry and Spencer Stuart, I was an entrepreneur and Managing Partner of an European #25 ranked auction house for modern and contemporary art.

At Korn Ferry, as the firm’s youngest Senior Client Partner at the time, I led the Austrian office for more than 15 years and, as Global Account Leader, built the company’s highest-revenue client across all industries worldwide.

For quality, I received the firm’s Client Excellence Award and ranked among the top-performing consultants in Europe. I also participated in a global leadership program at Harvard Business School.

After graduating from the Vienna Business School (HAK I), I completed my studies in Business Administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, as well as the Summer Business School at MZSG St. Gallen in 1997. I am fluent in German and English.
